The Port of Texas City Security Council, Inc. (the Council) is seeking a contractor to assist the Council in complying with its 2025 annual security exercise requirement in accordance with the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) and 33 CFR 105.220.   A link to this proposal can be found below. Questions will be accepted through 3:00 PM Monday, April 7, 2025. Q&As will be sent to those companies that have expressed an interest in receiving information. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM, Friday, April 11, 2025.
